Community Engagement:

the use of digital platforms, social media, and journalism to build, nurture, and maintain

two-way relationships with an audience, moving beyond simple broadcasting

to foster collaboration, trust, and active participation.

(See an embarrassing, but effective example to your right)

The ask: Two months after moving to London, create a tone of voice for a water filtration company — and make it British.

I still don’t know how I really did, but my supervisor Callum thought I

(and pardon my British slang) SMASHED IT!
